Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placement, as long as we have not yet processed or shipped it. To request a cancellation, you must contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order details. Once we confirm the cancellation, we will refund the order amount according to our refund and cancellation policy.

2. Non-Cancellable Orders

Geocare Healthcare does not offer cancellations for certain products and services once you confirm the order. This includes perishable items, healthcare essentials, or products marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase. Please review the product details carefully before you place an order.

3. Refund Process

We will process your refund once we approve your cancellation request or receive and inspect your returned product. We will credit the refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies. We do not refund shipping charges.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If we deliver a product in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, you must notify Geocare Healthcare within 48 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will either replace the product or issue a refund. We may require you to provide images or return the product for a quality inspection.
