Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products purchased from Geocare Healthcare are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. The product must be in a resalable condition with all tags, labels, and invoices intact. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of products are not eligible for return due to health, hygiene, and safety reasons. These include perishable items, personal care products, medical disposables, and products marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase. Customers are advised to check the return eligibility of a product before completing their order.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team via email or phone with their order number and reason for return. Once the request is approved, customers will receive instructions on how to return the product. The return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or incorrect, must be borne by the customer.

4. Inspection and Approval

All returned products will undergo a thorough inspection by Geocare Healthcare once received. Refunds or replacements will be processed only after the product has been inspected and approved for return. If the returned product fails the inspection due to damage, signs of use, or missing items, the return request may be rejected.

5. Replacement or Refund

Upon successful approval of the return, customers can choose between a replacement (subject to product availability) or a refund. Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days. In case of replacement, the new product will be shipped as per our standard delivery timelines.
