Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return products purchased from Geocare Healthcare within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Keep all tags, labels, and invoices intact to ensure the product remains in resalable condition. We may not accept returns that do not meet these return policy criteria.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on certain product categories. These include perishable items, personal care products, medical disposables, and products we mark as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase. Please check the return eligibility of a product before you complete your order.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our support team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return. Once we approve the request, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. The customer bears the return shipping costs unless we delivered a defective or incorrect product.

4. Inspection and Approval

Geocare Healthcare will thoroughly inspect all returned products upon receipt. We will process refunds or replacements only after the product passes inspection. If the returned product shows signs of use, damage, or missing items, we may reject the return request.

5. Replacement or Refund

Once we approve your return, you can choose between a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund. We will issue refunds to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days. For replacements, we ship the new product according to our standard delivery timelines.
