Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Coverage
Geocare Healthcare ships products across India through registered domestic courier companies and speed post services. We strive to ensure that your orders reach you in a safe and timely manner. Shipping services are subject to availability in the delivery location as per the courier partner’s coverage.
2. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Customers will be notified once the order is dispatched, along with tracking details to monitor the shipment status.
3. Delivery Timelines
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service provider. While we make every effort to deliver within the promised timelines, Geocare Healthcare shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the time of checkout before the order is confirmed. Certain promotional offers or minimum order values may qualify for free shipping. Please note that shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable in case of returns, cancellations, or refunds unless the error is on our part.
5. Address and Delivery Confirmation
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at the time of placing the order. Delivery will be made only to the address specified by the customer. Once the product is delivered and confirmed via courier tracking records, Geocare Healthcare will not be liable for claims of non-receipt.
