Accessibility Statement
Hospitals, clinics, caregivers, everyday individuals shopping for themselves or someone they’re looking after — that’s who we work with at Geocare. A lot of these people are dealing with health concerns already, theirs or someone else’s, so accessibility isn’t some checkbox for us. It’s part of doing right by the people who need this site to actually work.
Where We Stand
Screen reader users. People who navigate by keyboard instead of a mouse. Anyone relying on browser zoom, text resizing, or assistive tech more broadly. We’re trying to make this site work for all of them, not just the average visitor clicking through with a trackpad. WCAG guides most of what we do here, though we’d be lying if we called it a finished job — it’s more of a running list we keep chipping away at.
What We’re Actually Doing
A few things we keep an eye on as we build and update the site:
- Alt text on product images, written so it actually means something to a screen reader user
- Keyboard-only navigation for menus, forms, and buttons
- Colour contrast that stays readable for low vision or colour blindness
- Proper heading structure, so content still makes sense out of visual order
- Clear labels on form fields — checkout, contact, account sign-up especially
Where We’re Still Catching Up
Not going to pretend this site is flawless. With this many product pages, categories, and constant updates, accessibility stays a moving target rather than a finished job. Run into a page, image, or feature that doesn’t play nice with your assistive tech? Tell us. It genuinely helps us figure out what to fix first.
Need Help While Shopping?
Struggling with part of the site — placing an order, checking a spec, finding the right product? Call us. Our team can walk you through it directly instead of leaving you to fight the interface alone.

Found a Problem?
Broken screen reader label, a form that won’t submit with keyboard-only navigation, contrast that’s too low, anything that got in your way — let us know. Mention the page you were on and what device or assistive tech you were using, if you can. That detail speeds up how fast our team can actually track it down and fix it.

About Third-Party Content
Some parts of this site — embedded videos, payment gateway pages — come from outside services. We pick partners who generally take accessibility seriously, but we don’t build those tools ourselves, so we can’t promise the same level of accessibility once you’re on a page outside our direct control.
This Keeps Evolving
We come back to this statement, and to the site’s accessibility in general, as we add features, redesign pages, or hear from people like you. It’s not something we wrote once and forgot about — it changes as the site does.
