Our medical devices — BP monitors, digital and flexi thermometers, nebulizers, stethoscopes — all come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty starting from the date you receive them. It covers manufacturing defects and functional problems that show up under normal use, the way the device was actually meant to be used.
Genuine manufacturing fault? We’ve got you. A BP monitor that suddenly stops giving accurate readings, a nebulizer that won’t run properly even though you’ve used it correctly — that kind of thing gets repaired or replaced within the warranty window, no cost to you. Just keep your invoice or order confirmation handy; you’ll need it as proof of purchase when you raise a claim.
No warranty covers everything, and ours is no exception:
And a quick note on hygiene items — gloves, masks, wipes, diapers, underpads, that kind of thing — these don’t carry any warranty at all. They’re built for one-time or short-term use, not long-term functioning, so warranty coverage just doesn’t apply here.
How long resolution takes can shift a bit depending on the device and what’s actually wrong — especially if we need to source a part from the manufacturer. Either way, we’ll keep you posted so you’re not left guessing where things stand.
Bulk or institutional buyers: warranty terms for large-volume purchases are usually worked out separately, as part of your procurement agreement. Your Geocare account manager can walk you through what applies to you.
