Intellectual Property Policy
We’ve put real work into our brand, our product range, and everything on this site — and we’d like to keep it that way. So here’s the plain-terms version: what’s ours, what you can do with it, and what to do if you think we’ve used something of yours without asking.
What’s Ours
Logo, the Geocare and Geobaby names, product photography, packaging designs, descriptions, blog posts, videos, manuals we’ve written ourselves, even the general look and layout of this site — all of it belongs to Geocare Healthcare Pvt Ltd, or sits here under proper licence. Indian copyright, trademark, and design law cover this, along with international protections where they apply.
Our product names and logos are trademarks too. Using them to imply a partnership or endorsement that doesn’t actually exist — on a competitor’s listing, a marketplace storefront, wherever — isn’t something we’re okay with.
What You Can Do With It
Browse away. Save a product image for your own reference. Send a colleague a link. None of that’s a problem. If you’re a registered distributor or B2B partner, we usually hand over approved marketing assets separately anyway — just ask our team if you need them.
What we’d rather you didn’t do: lift our product descriptions, photos, or written content onto another site or marketplace listing, republish our blog posts or videos elsewhere, or slap our branding on packaging or signage without written permission from us first. Not sure if something crosses a line? Easier to just ask than guess.
Trademarks That Aren’t Ours
Some devices and consumables we sell carry trademarks belonging to their original manufacturers. Those stay with them — we only reference the names to describe and sell the products accurately, not to claim any ownership over them.
Content You Send Us
Leave a review, send us a testimonial, share photos or feedback we can use in marketing — doing that hands us permission to display it across our website, social channels, and promotional material, with credit where it’s due. You still own what you submit. We’re just asking for the right to use it.
Think We’ve Used Something of Yours?
We take that seriously, and yes, mistakes happen even when we’re careful. If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, trademark, or other IP rights, write to us with:

- Where exactly you spotted it on our site
- Proof you own the rights to it
- How to reach you
Send that to the contact details below and we’ll look into it and get back to you quickly. If it turns out to be a genuine infringement, we’ll act fast to fix or remove it.
Enforcement
We do keep an eye out for unauthorised use of our brand and content, and we reserve the right to act on it — including legal action if that’s what it takes — against anyone infringing on our intellectual property.
