Payment Methods
We’ve tried to make paying for your order at Geocare Healthcare as flexible and hassle-free as possible, whether you’re an individual customer or purchasing on behalf of a hospital or clinic.
Online Payments
All online transactions on our website are processed securely through Razorpay, one of India’s trusted payment gateways. Through this, you can pay using:
- Credit and Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro are all accepted
- UPI — pay directly via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or any UPI-enabled app
- Net Banking — from all major Indian banks
- PayPal — for international payments, where applicable
Your payment details are encrypted and handled directly by Razorpay’s secure servers — we never store your card or banking information on our end.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
For eligible pin codes, we also offer Cash on Delivery, so you can pay in cash at your doorstep when the order arrives. This option is shown at checkout only where it’s available for your location.
Bulk (B2B) Payments
For institutional and wholesale orders, we understand that payment terms often work differently — advance payments, partial payments, or credit terms based on your procurement agreement. If you’re purchasing in bulk, our Bulk/B2B team can walk you through the payment structure that fits your organisation’s process.
A Quick Note on Payment Security
We take payment security seriously. Beyond the encryption Razorpay provides, we’d also encourage you to only ever enter your card or banking details on our official checkout page, and never share your OTP, PIN, or net banking password with anyone claiming to be from Geocare Healthcare — no team member will ever ask you for this information over a call or email.
